Failure is the pillar of the success. one should not be discouraged when he fails in work. Most of the people become disappointed ,they think that it is impossible to them . So they come back from their job which is the main goal of them . No nation can be success without hard work . So it is said that industry is the key to success.
I think that every has some individual talent .by using them ,they change their life and make a definite life where they can lead a peaceful life .

When we fail in any work ,we should not be upset because every sad news does not bear sad thing . Behind this news may have any good news . Such after night comes light of day.
